이번주 내내 긴장하게 만들었던 한가지 과제 - “72h project”
뭐 짧은 시간내 성과를 만들어 내는 것이 안타깝게도 광고 대행사에서 일하다보면 익숙해져야하기도 하는 일이라 이해는 할 수 있는 미션이었지만, 은근 걱정했던 과제…
하지만 막상 뚜껑을 열고보니 학생들 모두가 몰입하며 참여할 수 있었던 섹시한 과제였음 ㅎㅎㅎ

첫번째 전공 과제였던 Information Society 디지털의 발전을 통해 세부적인 사회 요소의 2~5년 후 모습들을 예측해보는 과제
이번 프로젝트를 진행하며 가장 인상적이었던 점은 어찌보면 학교 과제 정도로 생각할 수도 있을텐데 Mashable / CNN Tech 파트 기자들이나 유럽 / 미국 / 아시아 유명 업계임원들에게 거침없이 접근하고 인터뷰를 하는 장면들
또 하나의 사회 권력층으로서 목에 힘을 주시는 대한민국의 기자분들이나, 보수적이고 지배적인 임원 개념에 더 익숙해져 있는 나에게 이런 학생들의 접근에도 트윗이나 메일답변, 혹은 1시간 가량의 전화 인터뷰로 적극적으로 대응해주는 그들의 모습들이 그저 신기할 따름… ;;; (해당 인터뷰는 아래의 동영상에서 확인 가능) 이런 모습을...

20대 경력자로 가득한 Hyper Island
Hyper에와서 어린친구들로부터 인사이트를 얻는 경우가 굉장히 많은데, 그중에 하나가 많은 애들이 어떻게 프로젝트를 진행할지에 대해서 눈에 보일 정도로 끊임없이 진지하게 고민을 하는 것
자신의 성향, 프로젝트의 효율성, 생산성, 그리고 이 프로젝트에서 최종적으로 무엇을 원하는지에 대해 계속해서 소통하고 리플렉션의 단계를 가져가는 것이 습관처럼 배여있다
처음엔 ‘이 색퀴들은 나이도 어린 것들이 왜들 이래?’ 라고 생각했었는데
